Dollar climbs on the euro late Wednesday night in New York

NEW YORK (AP) — The dollar rose more than half a cent against the euro in New York trading late Wednesday night. The 15-nation currency slid to $1.5344 from the $1.5401 it traded at late Wednesday afternoon.
